About Joseph Conboy

Joseph M. Conboy is the founder of Conboy Law. He established Conboy Law to help victims and family members of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases. Mr. Conboy regularly confronts large corporations, insurance companies, and hospitals on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Conboy is known for his relentless work ethic and unmatched commitment to winning difficult cases. “I love the challenge, I love the fight, and even more, I love helping those that need it most.”

Through his zealous advocacy, he has successfully obtained numerous multi-million-dollar results in medical malpractice, professional negligence, product liability, premises liability, automobile and trucking liability, admiralty law, and other personal injury cases.

As the primary litigator of the firm, Mr. Conboy works closely with all clients to effectively develop a strategy that best suits their case. As a result of his achievements, Mr. Conboy has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star, a recognition given to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Illinois.

Mr. Conboy grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law.

As soon as Mr. Conboy was admitted to the Illinois State Bar, he began to vigorously represent his clients at Kralovec Jambois & Schwartz. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has worked extensively on cases involving medical malpractice, professional negligence, product liability, premises liability, automobile and trucking liability, admiralty law, and other personal injury cases.

Through mentoring and working closely with one of Illinois’ most respected trial attorneys, Mr. Conboy knows what it takes to work up cases for trial. He works tirelessly to investigate and prepare each and every case for trial. Mr. Conboy is passionate and dedicates himself to the families and individuals that he represents.
